Soon after we got back from St. Lucia I couldn't wait to start planning our wedding! First things first....asking the bridesmaids to please be in my wedding!
We all had a margarita lunch @ Palmo Blanca and I give them each a little present with an invitation to be my bridesmaid.
I then started looking @ venues, caterers, photographers, bands, even wedding dresses....

A few dresses that I decided not to go with...
We set the date for April 7, 2012 and started putting down deposits. We even found a photograpaher who took our engagement pictures out at my Mom & Nash's house in Boerne.
Soon after this party I found a cute fixer upper in Terrell Hills that I absolutely fell in love with! John let me put an offer on the house & we put his on the market. I'll have to write more about the house later but for now it's important because we decided to move our wedding date up! Everyone thought we were crazy or that we were already pregnant but the real reason we moved the wedding date up is so that we could start remodeling our new home.
Now that we bought a new house everyone was excited for us to start remodeling! The Swan's, Lockett's, Barron's, Hoffman's and John's uncle, John Heymann even threw us a home repair themed couples shower.
The Dennis's, the Schwartz's, the Demitments and my dad & Janet threw us a couples shower at my dad's house, but for some reason I don't have any of the pics.....
Me & the girls had a spa day & dinner at the J. W. Marriott for my Bachelorette Party.
